August 17th, 2013 – MEARS Conducts Private Signing with Grizzly Adams Star Dan Haggerty

Dan Haggerty is best known as Grizzly Adams in the title role of the 1974 Sunn Classic Pictures feature, The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams. From this feature film evolved the NBC television series which ran from 1977 to 1978, and Haggerty became known to movie-goers for his portrayal of nature-loving James Capen “Grizzly” Adams.
Company president Troy R. Kinunen met Mr. Haggerty in Wheaton, IL on August 17th, 2013 at the All Night Flea Market organized by Zurko Productions. Mr. Haggerty agreed to sign the following:

Mr. Haggerty was a gregarious signer and denied the listed report of being born in Pound, WI. Each of his signatures was perfectly executed. I was thrilled to meet and conduct the private signing with a hero of my 1970s TV viewing.
